• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Education D3/S1 All Majors
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Have Managerial Skills:
• Leadership, Planning & Organizing, Problem Solving, Team Building
• Have Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Have strong customer service communication skills & Customer Center
• Have an excellent track record of sales and analytical skills
• Have good knowledge & understanding related to Marketing Strategy,
• Brand Building, Market, Product & Life Cycle Trends, Consumer Behavior, Sales Management.
• Achieving KPI targets for Sales Marketing division
• Coordinate, Direct, Evaluate Work System
• Create Sales Strategy, Promotion To Achieving Target
• Daily, Monthly and Yearly Work Planning
• Have good communication and influence with all levels in the organization
• Accustomed to working with targets
• Fluent / written in english
• Active Social Media
• Have SIM C / SIM A
• Domicile in Bandar Lampung
